I am a PINES member from years ago, but my membership lapsed. Can I reactivate my membership, or do I need to join as a new member?
At the end of 2018 the PINES website, membership and payment databases underwent re-development and only current members had their accounts transferred to the new system. If your membership had expired prior to December 2018 you will need to register as a new member – register here.

I recently registered, how do I know if I submitted my application properly?
Once you have submitted your application you will automatically receive a receipt as a record of your transaction and that your application was sent. If you do not receive this receipt immediately via email please email info@PINESnutrition.org to confirm your submission. Once an admin has reviewed and accepted your application you will receive another email to say ‘Welcome, your membership has been activated’.
.
I think my application was not submitted and/or payment was not processed.
Although very rare, there have been a small number of registrants whose information has failed to come through the membership or payment systems. It is unclear if this is due to the registration page timing out, an internet connection issues, or a payment issue (related to bank or credit card security features preventing transactions from overseas which may be considered a suspicious transaction). If this has occurred, you will need to re-submit your application – registration page.
If you are experiencing a payment issue and think that your bank or credit card company is blocking the transaction, please contact the info@PINESnutrition.org address for alternative payment and manual registration options.
.
Help, I accidentally paid my membership twice!
Please select from one of two options and send an email to info@PINESnutrition.org with the required information.

I am part of a sports nutrition organisation in my country. How do I find out if my organisation has an affiliation with PINES?
You can check the organisations that are affiliated with PINES on the global network page. To find out if your organisation has an arrangement with PINES for their members to join PINES at a discount (and what the discount code is) you can ask your organisation directly or you can email info@PINESnutrition.org. If emailing PINES you will need to supply evidence of your current membership with the affiliated organisation before we can share the discount code for you to use. If you are interested in your local organisation becoming affiliated with PINES please contact info@PINESnutrition.org for more information.
